Self-Assembly Guide: Ready in Minutes

If you choose standard delivery, your sauna arrives in flat-packed, pre-fabricated panels designed to snap together seamlessly.

Lay the Foundation: Position the floor panel on a flat, dry surface (Indoors or Outdoors depending on your model).
Snap the Walls: Place the back panel and one side panel, securing them instantly with our "Zero-Tool" buckle system. Repeat for the remaining side.
Close the Frame: Install the front glass door panel, then lower the ceiling panel onto the top to lock the structure in place.
Final Touches: Slide the interior bench into position, connect the heater plugs, and plug the main power cord into a standard socket.

Pro Tip: Delivery is to the doorstep. While assembly is simple, the glass panels are heavy. Please ensure you have at least 2 to 3 people available to move the boxes and lift the panels into place.

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

No. The Equinox is built for indoor use: a bedroom, study, living room, home gym or covered dry area, in an HDB flat, a condo or a house. Do not place it in a bathroom or anywhere it can be splashed. The Canadian hemlock exterior is not treated to withstand rain, direct sunlight or high moisture.

For an outdoor position such as a garden, terrace or pool deck, see the Valo, which is built for indoor and outdoor use.

Do you ship overseas?

Does it require professional installation?

No, it is not required. We designed the TUNDRA Equinox FS with a smart buckle system, making it easy for homeowners to assemble. Most customers can set it up in 30 to 45 minutes with just two people (one to hold the panels, one to snap the buckles).

However, if you prefer a completely hands-off experience, we offer a "Delivery Plus" service at checkout. Our team will handle the delivery, assembly, and packaging removal for you.

What if I didn't book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the panels into position needs at least 2 people because of their weight and size. Assembly is tool-free: set the base frame, fit the walls and the glass front with the buckle system, lower the roof on, connect the heater plugs and plug the power cord into a standard socket. Most customers finish in 30 to 45 minutes.

Please note that setup services are not available in every country.

Your unit will be shipped with the correct voltage and plug type for your country.
Simply plug it into a normal household outlet, no special wiring required.
