Q: Does it require professional installation?

Yes — and it's fully included. Every Ignis comes with TUNDRA professional commissioning. We handle delivery, assembly, and connection of both systems. You do not need to arrange your own electrician for the infrared panels (13A standard socket). The Finnish stove (4.5 kW) requires a dedicated 20A circuit — if one is not already available at your installation point, your electrician will need to install one before our commissioning visit.

The Ignis has two independent electrical systems: Far-infrared panels (2.2 kW): Standard 13A household socket — no special wiring required. Finnish stove (4.5 kW): Dedicated 20A circuit required. Connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with Singapore regulations (BCA-licensed). If your installation point does not already have a dedicated circuit, please arrange this before our commissioning visit. The two systems are independently controlled and cannot be operated simultaneously.

Timeline

Maintenance & Support

The Ignis requires minimal maintenance. Wipe down the interior with a dry cloth after each session. The Ayous wood will naturally darken slightly with use — this is normal and adds character. Do not use water-based cleaners on the interior wood surfaces.

For the Finnish stove: Sauna stones should be inspected annually and replaced every 3–5 years as they degrade with repeated heating cycles.

For infrared panels: No maintenance required. If a panel fails, contact TUNDRA support — panels are individually replaceable under warranty.

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

The Ignis is designed for indoor installation — a living room, gym, or covered indoor wellness area. It is not rated for outdoor use or direct exposure to rain, humidity, or direct sunlight.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance, and are confirmed at the time of order.
