Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes. The Borealis™ CC is suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor use. Avoid placing the unit in areas prone to flooding or standing water, and ensure good airflow around it.

Does it require professional installation?

No specialist installation is required. Position the unit on a flat surface, connect the hoses to your tub or pool, plug into a standard outlet, and set your temperature.

What if I didn't book a setup service?

If a setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only. The Borealis™ CC weighs approximately 60 kg, so we recommend at least two people to move it into position. Final setup is straightforward and requires no technical knowledge.

Setup services are not available in every country. To check availability, contact support@tundra.health.

What power outlet do I need?

The Borealis™ CC runs on a standard 220–240V, 50/60Hz supply (EU, SG, UK, AU). It plugs into a normal household or commercial outlet — no special wiring required.

Should I keep the unit running all the time?

Yes, we recommend keeping it running. Circulation, filtration, and sanitation are only active while the system is operating. Once the water reaches your set temperature, the system maintains it with minimal power consumption.
