Global Delivery Timelines

We handle all logistics, customs clearance, and freight coordination. Timelines vary by region:

Singapore: Delivered and installed by our own team; lead time confirmed at order.
APAC: 14–18 days
Typically faster due to proximity to our manufacturing hub.
Europe and the UK: 30–40 days
Shipped via ocean freight. Air freight (5–9 days) is available upon request for an additional fee.
USA and Canada: 30–45 days
Standard ocean freight to your doorstep. Timeline depends on coast (West vs. East) and customs processing.

Note: Our delivery partner will contact you directly to confirm access details and schedule your specific drop-off window once the unit clears customs.

Installation: Ready in Minutes

Forget about external chillers and complicated plumbing. The TUNDRA arrives as a single, fully integrated unit.

Position and level the unit on any flat, stable surface (indoors or outdoors), with 100 cm free at the fan end (30 cm minimum).
Connect the provided drain connector and fill the tub using the included 10 m quick-connect hose.
Plug into a standard grounded power socket, only once the tub is filled. After delivery, wait 20 minutes before plugging in.
Set your temperature and prepare to plunge.

Note: Delivery is to the doorstep. If you haven't booked a setup service, please ensure you have at least 3 people available to move the unit to its final spot.

Maintenance & Support

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables

• All units include 1-year warranty
• Local in-house support team available in Singapore; in other markets we work with trusted partners and service providers

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes. The Taiga is fully weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. The Borealis™ system is rain-resistant (IPX4). Shelter is optional, but avoid placing the unit in areas prone to flooding or standing water.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We deliver worldwide from Singapore, and delivery to your door is included in the price shown for your country. We ship duties paid (DDP) wherever our freight partners can. Does it require professional installation?

No specialist installation is required. The unit arrives fully integrated. Place it on a flat surface, fit the provided drain connector, fill with water, then plug it into a standard outlet and set your temperature. Never switch on before the tub is filled.

What if I didn't book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the unit into position may require at least 3 people due to the weight and size, but the actual setup and installation are very simple: place the unit, connect the provided drain connector, fill it, and then plug it in.

Please note that setup services are not available in every country.

What power outlet do I need?

• Most markets (EU, SG, AU, UK): 220 to 240 V

• North America: 110 to 125 V, on a dedicated 15 A circuit

Your unit will be shipped with the correct voltage and plug type for your country.
Plug it into a grounded household outlet within reach of the 2.5 m power cable. No special wiring is required. Avoid extension cables and never use multi-plugs.

Should I keep the unit running all the time?

Yes, we recommend keeping the Taiga running.

Circulation, filtration, and sanitation are only active while the Borealis™ system is operating. Once the water reaches your set temperature, the system automatically switches into energy-saving mode and maintains the temperature with minimal power consumption.

How much does it weigh when filled?

Tub 120 kg plus approx. 380 kg of water, about 500 kg in total. Place it on a level surface that can carry 544 kg (1,200 lbs) plus the bather.
