Commercial Rentals (Gyms, Studios & Hotels)
TUNDRA supplies, installs and services ice baths, chillers, saunas and recovery equipment for gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, hotels and condominiums. Our own service team is based in Singapore, and we work with service partners in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila and Jakarta. Every unit we place is delivered, installed, filled and commissioned by TUNDRA, and we collect it again when a rental ends.

Equipment includes single cold plunges, communal plunges for groups, chillers for existing pools and tubs, infrared and traditional saunas, portable steam saunas, FLUX compression boots and TUNDRAGUN percussion guns. What a commercial recovery corner needs
- Water point. A tap with a standard hose connection to fill the plunge, and a drain or safe discharge point for water changes.
- Power. As stated on each product page. Standard chillers run on a regular socket; commercial chillers and saunas may need a dedicated circuit or three-phase supply.
- Floor load. A filled plunge weighs several hundred kilograms. Check the floor rating with your building management before placing a unit on an upper floor.
- Drainage. A floor drain or a route for the drain hose, within reach of the unit.
- Ventilation for saunas. Clearance around the cabin and air exchange in the room, as set out in the sauna guide.

What the service plan covers
- Scheduled filter cartridge changes.
- Water care: water quality checks, sanitiser dosing guidance and water changes at the agreed interval.
- Inspection of chiller, pump, hoses and connections, with minor adjustments on site.
- A record of each visit for your facility log.
Service intervals depend on usage. A plunge used by many members each day needs more frequent filter changes than a hotel spa with a few sessions a day, and we set the schedule accordingly. Repairs outside the plan are quoted before work starts.
Site services
The client provides a working water point and live power outlets at the setup location, ready at the agreed setup time. Waiting time caused by water or power not being ready is charged at SGD 100 per started hour after a 30 minute grace period, and SGD 250 per extra crew trip.
