The Valo is a one person infrared sauna built around light, for indoor and outdoor use. Glass from floor to roof at the front, tapered glass on both sides, walnut tone WPC outside and hemlock inside.

Heat and light. Recessed carbon infrared panels in the back wall, both side walls and the bench front, about 2.2 m² and 1,300 W, warm your back, sides and legs evenly. Two 300 W infrared lamps in the back wall add focused heat where you lean back. Two red light panels face the bench at seat height, with LEDs at 630, 660, 810, 830, 850 and 1,060 nm and their own keypad. An amber cove light and two Bluetooth ceiling speakers complete the cabin.

Indoors and outdoors. The WPC exterior does not grey, swell or crack in tropical heat and rain and never needs oiling. A waterproof layer runs through the wall build-up, and eight black block feet hold the cabin 70 mm clear of the ground. Indoors it suits a living room, bedroom or home gym.

Why glass. A one person cabin with solid walls is a small closed box. With glass on three sides the Valo takes in daylight and the room around it, and you see out while you sit. 10 mm tempered safety glass, with the TUNDRA wordmark sandblasted into the front pane.

How it compares. Equinox: compact indoor hemlock cabin for one or two, plugs into a socket, from S$5,590. By others

One dedicated 20 A circuit on 2.5 mm² cable with a 30 mA RCD and a local isolator, installed by a Licensed Electrical Worker before our visit. For an outdoor position, a level, free-draining base such as a concrete slab or paving.

Maintenance & Support

Wipe the bench and floor with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. Clean the glass with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Do not use water-based cleaners or chemicals on the hemlock. The hemlock darkens slightly with use, which is normal.

Infrared panels, lamps and red light panels: no routine maintenance. If one fails, contact TUNDRA support. Each one is replaceable on its own under warranty.

Outdoors: the WPC exterior needs no oiling or sealing. Rinse off dust and leaves now and then, and keep the base draining freely.

Warranty and support: 2 years on the cabin, the heating panels, the lamps, the red light panels and the control. TUNDRA offers annual servicing visits in Singapore. Contact support@tundra.health to arrange.

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

Yes, both. Every Valo is built for outdoor use: the walls include a waterproof layer, the WPC exterior is weatherproof, and the cabin stands on eight block feet, 70 mm clear of the ground. Outdoors, place it on a level, free-draining base such as a slab or paving. Indoors it suits a living room, bedroom or home gym.

Outdoors, a roof or shade over the cabin is recommended. Glass in direct afternoon sun warms the cabin and fades materials over time.

On a balcony or roof terrace, the cabin with one person puts approx. 330 kg per square metre on the floor. Have the structure checked by a qualified engineer first. We provide the loading figures.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance and are confirmed at the time of order. Commissioning outside Singapore is arranged case by case.

How long does delivery take?

Currently 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to handover. The Valo is made to order, and you can order it at any time, also when it is not in stock. The lead time covers production, sea freight to Singapore, delivery, assembly and commissioning.

We confirm your delivery window in writing once your order is in production.

Does it require professional installation?

Yes, and it is included. Our team delivers, assembles and connects the cabin, tests it and hands it over.

What we need from you is the electrical supply: one dedicated 20 A circuit at 220 to 240 V single phase, on 2.5 mm² cable, with a 30 mA RCD and an isolator at the cabin. Fixed electrical work is a Licensed Electrical Worker's responsibility and should be complete before our visit.

What if I didn't book a setup service?

Commissioning is always included with the Valo. There is no self-assembly option. For questions about your timeline or site, contact support@tundra.health.

What power outlet do I need?

None. The Valo is hard-wired. It needs one dedicated 20 A circuit at 220 to 240 V single phase, on 2.5 mm² cable, with a 30 mA RCD and a local isolator at the cabin.
