Singapore
Delivery, installation and commissioning of standard catalogue products (in-catalogue ice baths, plunges, chillers/heaters and saunas, excluding custom or bespoke builds) are included for delivery addresses in mainland Singapore and are carried out by our own team. A standard installation covers delivery to the room of use via reasonable, accessible routes, positioning and levelling, connection of the chiller/heater to the tub, filling and a commissioning test, and a handover on operation and care. Deliveries to islands that are part of Singapore (for example Sentosa) may incur a surcharge for access, permits and tolls.
The site must have a dedicated, earthed 220 to 240V, 13A power socket, a water source and a suitable drainage point within 10 m of the install location, clear and safe access for the crated product, a level floor able to bear the filled weight of the unit, and an adult (18+) present for the delivery and handover. Difficult access (more than one flight of stairs without a lift, hoisting, cranes, removal of doors or windows), custom or commercial installations requiring electrical or plumbing works, removal of existing equipment, and failed or rescheduled deliveries where the site was not ready are quoted separately.
Other markets
TUNDRA ships to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta and other markets in APAC, and to Europe. Outside Singapore, delivery and installation are quoted per order and are not included free of charge; installation is arranged with local partners where available. Typical transit times are 14 to 18 days within APAC and 30 to 40 days to Europe by ocean freight, with air freight available on request at an additional cost. We handle logistics, customs clearance and freight coordination, and our team contacts you to confirm access details and schedule your delivery window once the unit clears customs.
Scheduling, title and risk
Delivery and installation dates are arranged after your order is confirmed and, where relevant, after a site check. Lead times vary by product and stock availability and are confirmed in advance. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Products are covered by TUNDRA's standard warranty as stated on each product page; commissioning by TUNDRA does not extend the warranty period unless stated in writing.
