Built for the tropics

Singapore’s heat, rain and humidity destroy cheap chillers. The Borealis has a black powder-coated stainless-steel housing, a stainless-steel heat exchanger for corrosion resistance, and IPX4 weatherproofing — built to live outdoors and keep running.

Commercial-grade pump

Gen 5 uses a commercial pump rated up to 34 L/min at 170 W.
Most budget chillers run a ~20 L/min, ~88 W pump or lower that runs hot or wears out. Stronger, cooler-running flow means faster turnover and steadier temperatures, year after year.

Installation: Plug & Plunge

The chiller is designed for operation right out of the box.

Unpack and position the chiller on a flat surface near your water source.
Connect the hoses to your tub's inlet/outlet ports OR simply submerge the hose ends directly into any pool or bath.
Plug into a standard power socket.
Set your desired temperature and switch on.

Pro Tip: If using the "drop-in" method (hanging hoses into a pool), ensure the inlet and outlet hoses are submerged and separated by a short distance to ensure optimal water circulation.

Maintenance & Support

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables

Yes, the Borealis™ system is rain-resistant (IPX4). Shelter is optional, but avoid placing the unit in areas prone to flooding or standing water.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs clearance. You will receive shipping information once your unit ships.

How long does delivery take?

Global Delivery Timelines

We handle all logistics, customs clearance, and freight coordination. Timelines vary by region:

Singapore:
1–2 days.
APAC: 14–18 days
Typically faster due to proximity to our manufacturing hub.
Europe: 30–40 days
Shipped via ocean freight. Air freight (5–9 days) is available upon request for an additional fee.
USA: 30–45 days
Standard ocean freight to your doorstep. Timeline depends on coast (West vs. East) and customs processing.

Does it require professional installation?

No specialist installation is required. The unit arrives fully integrated. Place it on a flat surface, plug it into a standard outlet, connect provided drainage valve, fill with water, and set your temperature.

What if I didn’t book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the unit into position is straightforward. The Borealis comes with integrated wheels and handles for easy maneuvering. If lifting is required, we recommend at least 2 people, as the device weighs approximately 35–40 KG. Once in place, the final setup is very simple and can be done without technical knowledge.

Please note that setup services are not available in every country.

Should I keep the unit running all the time?

Yes, we recommend keeping it running.

Circulation, filtration, and sanitation are only active while the Borealis™ system is operating. Once the water reaches your set temperature, the system automatically switches into energy-saving mode and maintains the temperature with minimal power consumption.

Our customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm SGT and Saturday, 9am-12pm SGT.Average answer time: within 24h
