Typically faster due to proximity to our manufacturing hub.
Europe: 30–40 days
Shipped via ocean freight. Air freight (5–9 days) is available upon request for an additional fee.
USA: 30–45 days
Standard ocean freight to your doorstep. Timeline depends on coast (West vs. East) and customs processing.

Installation: Ready in Minutes

Forget about external chillers and complicated plumbing. The TUNDRA arrives as a single, fully integrated unit.

Position the unit on any flat, stable surface (Indoors or Outdoors).
Plug into a standard power socket.
Connect the provided drainage valve and fill the tub using the included 10m quick-connect hose.
Set your temperature and prepare to plunge.

Note: Delivery is to the doorstep. If you haven't booked a setup service, please ensure you have at least 3 people available to move the unit to its final spot.

Maintenance & Support

Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables

Yes. The Taiga is fully weatherproof and suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces. The Borealis™ system is rain-resistant (IPX4). Shelter is optional, but avoid placing the unit in areas prone to flooding or standing water.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs clearance. You will receive shipping information once your unit ships.

What if I didn’t book a setup service?

If setup service is not booked, delivery is to the doorstep only.

Bringing the unit into position may require at least 3 people due to the weight and size, but the actual setup and installation are very simple — place the unit, connect the provided drainage valve, fill it, and plug it in.

Should I keep the unit running all the time?

Yes, we recommend keeping the Taiga running.

Circulation, filtration, and sanitation are only active while the Borealis™ system is operating. Once the water reaches your set temperature, the system automatically switches into energy-saving mode and maintains the temperature with minimal power consumption.

How much does it weigh when filled?
