Yes. The massage and red light functions operate independently or simultaneously. Run full percussion with both wavelengths active, light-only for passive recovery, or percussion-only for targeted muscle work — your session, your choice.

Do not exceed 15 minutes per session. The device features an automatic 15-minute shut-off. For each muscle group, limit direct application to 5–10 seconds at a time to avoid irritation before moving on.

Power off the device before changing heads. To attach — align with the slot and rotate clockwise until secure. To remove — rotate counterclockwise and pull straight out. Never install or remove a head while the device is running.

Insert the USB-C cable into the port at the bottom of the handle and connect to a 5V/2A charger. The indicator light shows red while charging and turns white when fully charged. Charge for approximately 5 hours before first use. The device cannot be used while charging.

Two common causes. First, overheating — if used above 40°C, thermal protection activates. Allow 2 hours to cool before retrying. Second, over-discharge — if the battery has fully drained, charge continuously for at least 5 hours before powering on again.

Yes. We ship globally via air express. Singapore orders arrive in 1–2 business days. International orders typically take 5–10 days. All units include a 1-year warranty and direct support from our Singapore-based team.

Do not use if you have an aneurysm, active bleeding, or take anticoagulant medication. Not recommended for those with heart disease, pacemakers, or defibrillators without medical approval. Avoid during pregnancy unless cleared by a healthcare professional. Do not apply near surgical implants within 90 days post-surgery, or directly on the head, face, cervical spine, or vertebrae.
