On Saturday 27 June, ASICS Running Club Singapore took on the hills of Sentosa — and TUNDRA set up the recovery waiting at the bottom, by the sand at Tanjong Beach Club.
Hill repeats are honest work. Up, down, up again, until the legs stop arguing and just go. Coaches and pacers pushed two waves of runners through the morning, and when the last climb was done, everyone came back to the same place — the water by the beach.

Earn the sweat
Two sessions, an early start, and a course that doesn't flatter anyone. Whether it was a first hill workout or race-sharpening for what's next, the brief was the same: run stronger, then recover properly.

The recovery zone
We brought the full setup to the sand: a communal hot and cold plunge to share the effort and the relief, a single ice bath held at 5°C for anyone brave enough to go solo, plus FLUX compression boots and TUNDRAGUN massage guns to finish the legs off.

5°C, if you dared
The communal tub was the easy way in. The single ice bath, held at 5°C, was the test — and plenty stepped up. A few breaths, a quiet count, and back out lighter.
