The day after HYROX Bangkok, the racing stopped and the recovery began — on a rooftop above the city. TUNDRA teamed up with ICE HOUSE for The Big Chill, a cold-plunge and sauna social with the Bangkok skyline as the backdrop.

HYROX leaves your legs wrecked. So the morning after HYROX Bangkok, racers and the local community came up to the roof to flush it all out — cold plunges, a hot steam sauna, compression boots and a lot of sun. Less a clinic, more a party that happens to be good for you.

Cold plunge on a rooftop

ICE HOUSE is Bangkok's home of ice baths and saunas, and they handed us the rooftop for the day. Wooden cold tubs packed with ice, a long communal plunge, the skyline going gold — you ease in, you breathe, and you start to feel human again.

The steam sauna ran all day on the deck. Contrast is the whole point — heat to open up, cold to reset — and the gap between the two is where the conversations happen.
