Good Vibes Social brought the Move [Repeat] ecosystem — Yoga Movement, STRONG Pilates and REVL Training — together for the first time: a one-day fitness and lifestyle festival at FOC Beach Club, with classes running from 8am to 6pm against sun, sea and music.
After yoga, Pilates, strength and beach WODs all day, somebody has to put the bodies back together. That was us.
The recovery zone
TUNDRA set up a full recovery zone steps from the sand:
- Two OASIS communal plunges — one cold at 12°C, one hot at 40°C, for proper contrast between classes
- One YUKON plunge at 5°C — for the brave
- Caldera steam sauna — four people at a time, beachside
- Compression boots and massage guns — the deck-chair recovery lounge
Compression boots, deck chairs, sea breeze. Recovery doesn't have to hurt.
Cold done together — the recovery zone turned into the social high point of the day.
