退款政策

Faulty, damaged or wrong products. If your product arrives damaged, develops a fault covered by its warranty, or is not what you ordered, we put it right at our cost: we repair or replace it, or refund the full amount you paid, including delivery. We also cover the cost of getting it back to us. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged, with photos.

Change of mind. If you simply change your mind, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, clean, complete and in its original packaging. We refund the product price less the cost of the original delivery, which is included in our prices. We confirm the delivery amount in writing before you send anything back. For Singapore orders installed by our team, the delivery and installation amount is deducted in the same way.

Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is paid by you. You arrange and pay for the return shipment, including any freight, insurance, export or import duties and taxes on the return. Plunges, chillers and saunas must be packed in their original crate or on the pallet they arrived on and shipped by freight. In Singapore we can collect the product for a fee we quote in advance.

Customers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom. You also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you withdraw within those 14 days, we refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the product back or proof that you have sent it. You pay the direct cost of returning the product. These rights are in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.

How to start a return. Email info@tundra.health or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8950 1028 with your order number before you send anything. We will confirm the return address and what to include.

Refunds. Once the product has arrived back with us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method and confirm by email.

What cannot be returned. Custom and bespoke builds are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. Filters and other consumables can be returned only unopened.
