Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: Does it require professional installation?

Yes, and it is included. Every Ignis comes with TUNDRA commissioning. We handle delivery, assembly and connection of both systems, and hand over after a full test. What we need from you is the electrical supply. The Ignis is hard-wired and needs one 25 A circuit at 220 to 240 V single phase, on 6 mm² cable with an isolator at the cabin. It runs into the sauna control box, which handles both the stove and the infrared system. Fixed electrical work is a Licensed Electrical Worker's responsibility and should be complete before our visit.

Q: What power outlet do I need?

None. The Ignis does not plug in. It needs one hard-wired 25 A supply at 220 to 240 V single phase, on 6 mm² cable, with a 30 mA RCD and a local isolator at the cabin. That supply runs into the sauna control box, which feeds both systems and switches between them. They never run together, so the circuit is sized to the stove as the larger load. Harvia SW45E stove, 4,500 W. Roughly 19.6 A at 230 V. Infrared system, approximately 3,800 W. Roughly 16.5 A at 230 V. Either load is well beyond a 13 A socket outlet. A Licensed Electrical Worker has to design and install the circuit, and it should be complete before our commissioning visit.

The Ignis is TUNDRA's hybrid sauna, the only cabin in our range that puts an infrared system and a full Finnish dry heat experience in a single footprint. Both run from one control panel on the cabin, one at a time.

The infrared system warms the body directly rather than heating the air, so a session can run longer at a lower ambient temperature. Switch to the Harvia stove for traditional Finnish dry heat, and pour water over the stones for löyly.

Two heat modalities in one cabinet. The infrared system, rated at approximately 3,800 W, warms the body directly, which suits longer sessions at a lower ambient temperature. The Harvia The Wall SW45E, 4.5 kW in BlackSteel, delivers traditional Finnish dry heat, and you pour water over the stones for loyly, the Finnish steam ritual.

Both systems run from a single control panel on the cabin.

Built for two to three people, with a double-layer bench at 2,160 mm height so the upper bench has proper headroom. Thermo-treated Abachi bench and backrest, angled backrest, 8 mm black tinted glass and matte black hardware throughout.

Two Heat Systems, One Panel

Infrared and Finnish dry heat in a single cabinet, both operated from one control panel mounted on the cabin. Pick your session and the panel runs it. The infrared system is rated at approximately 3,800 W and the Harvia SW45E stove at 4,500 W, and only one runs at a time. A single 25 A supply feeds the control box and the box switches between the two, so the cabin takes one circuit rather than two. Controls are on the cabin, there is no app or Wi-Fi control.

Maintenance & Support

The Ignis needs very little maintenance. Wipe the interior down with a dry cloth after each session. The Abachi will darken slightly with use, which is normal and adds character. Do not use water-based cleaners on the interior timber.

Finnish stove: Inspect the sauna stones once a year and replace them every 3 to 5 years, as they degrade with repeated heating cycles.

Infrared system: No routine maintenance. If a panel or one of the bulb emitters fails, contact TUNDRA support. Both are individually replaceable under warranty.

One supply runs from your board into the sauna control box. The control box feeds the stove and the infrared system and switches between them, so the cabin takes one circuit and one isolator, not two.

The two systems never run together, which is why one circuit is enough. It is sized to the stove as the larger of the two loads, and 25 A on 6 mm² is Harvia's own figure for the SW45E at 230 V single phase.

All fixed electrical work is the responsibility of a Licensed Electrical Worker in line with Singapore requirements, and should be in place before the commissioning visit. We confirm the supply arrangement for your unit in writing beforehand.

Can I use it indoors and outdoors?

As standard the Ignis is built for indoor installation, a living room, gym or covered wellness area. It is not rated for direct exposure to rain or sunlight. If you are planning a fully sheltered outdoor position, tell us before you order, as the exterior specification has to be set for that.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance, and are confirmed at the time of order.

Commissioning is always included with the Ignis, there is no self-assembly option. If you have questions about your installation timeline or site requirements, contact us at support@tundra.health.
