Delivery & Installation Terms

Last updated: 2 July 2026. These terms apply to TUNDRA's complimentary delivery, installation and commissioning offer. Please read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Warranty Information.

1. What's included (Singapore)

Complimentary delivery, installation and commissioning is included on standard catalogue products purchased for delivery within mainland Singapore. "Standard products" means our regular in-catalogue ice baths, plunges, chillers/heaters and saunas, as sold on tundra.health, and excludes custom or bespoke builds.

A standard installation covers: delivery to the room of use via reasonable, accessible routes; positioning and levelling; connection of the chiller/heater to the tub; filling and a function/commissioning test; and a basic handover on operation and care. There are no restricted delivery areas within mainland Singapore.

2. Your site must be ready

To complete a standard installation on the scheduled date, the site must have, within reach of the install location:

  • A dedicated, earthed 220–240V, 13A power socket (standard household supply; no special circuit required for standard products).
  • A water source for filling and a suitable drainage point within 10 m of the install location.
  • Clear, safe access to the install location (doorways, lift, corridors) able to accommodate the product's crated dimensions and weight.
  • A structurally suitable, level floor able to bear the filled weight of the unit.
  • An adult (18+) present for the duration of delivery and handover.

3. What's not included / may be chargeable

The following fall outside the complimentary standard installation and are quoted separately:

  • Custom and bespoke builds, and any commercial/B2B installation requiring dedicated electrical wiring, isolators, plumbing, drainage works, tiling, decking or making good.
  • Difficult access: installations requiring more than one flight of stairs where no lift is available, hoisting, cranes, removal of doors or windows, or specialist lifting equipment.
  • Singapore islands: deliveries to islands that are part of Singapore (for example Sentosa) may incur a surcharge for access, permits and tolls. Mainland Singapore has no restricted areas.
  • Removal or disposal of existing equipment, packaging beyond standard take-away, or relocation after install.
  • Failed or rescheduled deliveries where the site was not ready or no one was present; a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Electrical or plumbing works that require a licensed contractor; these remain the customer's responsibility unless quoted by TUNDRA.

4. Regional delivery and service

TUNDRA provides delivery, installation and ongoing service and support in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta and other markets on a per-project basis. Outside Singapore, delivery and installation are quoted per order and are not included free of charge. Please contact us for a quotation for your location.

5. Scheduling

Delivery and installation dates are arranged after your order is confirmed and, where relevant, after a site check. Lead times vary by product and stock availability, and we will confirm your delivery window in advance.

6. Title, risk and warranty

Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Products are covered by TUNDRA's standard warranty as set out in our Warranty Information. Commissioning by TUNDRA does not extend the warranty period unless stated in writing.

7. Changes to these terms

TUNDRA may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies. For anything not covered here, please contact us before purchase and we'll confirm in writing.
