Water Care

• Add mild sanitizers (non-chlorine, non-bromine) to keep the water clean for several weeks
• Clean the skimmer basket weekly to remove leaves, hair, and debris
• Replace the filter cartridge every 3–4 weeks depending on usage
• Change the water every 3-4 weeks for optimal hygiene, depending on hygiene and frequency of use

General Maintenance

• Wipe the tub occasionally to remove body oils or sunscreen residue
• Ensure there is good airflow around the Borealis™ unit
• Avoid using extension cables

Support

• All units include 1-year warranty
• Local in-house support team available in Singapore; in other markets we work with trusted partners and service providers
