You deal with one team for the design, the equipment, the installation and the service afterwards.

1. Consultation
We visit the site, or work from your floor plan and photos. We agree what the space is for, who uses it and the budget.

2. Design
Layout, 3D renders, equipment selection, and the power, water, drainage and ventilation specification, with a fixed quote. The design fee is credited against your order.

3. Build
Our team installs the plunges and saunas and coordinates carpentry, electrical works by a licensed electrical worker, and waterproofing.

4. Handover and service
Commissioning, a walkthrough for you or your staff, then maintenance, filters and warranty work.

DESIGN AND BUILD
Questions about a build.
What does the design include?
A site visit or a review of your plans, a layout, 3D renders, the equipment list, and the power, water, drainage and ventilation specification your contractor or our team builds to. You receive a fixed quote for the equipment and installation.
Do you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. We supply drawings and 3D models for their documents, coordinate the services with their contractor, and install the equipment ourselves.
Which works do you do yourselves?
Our team installs and commissions all TUNDRA equipment. Electrical work is carried out by a licensed electrical worker, and carpentry and waterproofing by contractors we coordinate.
Where do you design and build?
In Singapore, and with our team in Hong Kong, Bangkok, Manila and Jakarta. For other countries we supply the design and equipment and work with a local contractor.
